Joe and the Medical Assistant were friendly and efficient. Joe came to my appointment knowledgable about my history which made it easy for us to discuss future steps. He also called in Dr. Lahramm, who also was familiar with my history, and after asking a few questions, he agreed with the strategy Joe and I had suggested. My only concern is with their availaability. I was to come back 6 months after my 12/18/24 appointment but the first aavailability with Joe is 10/1/25. They need to consider bringing on anoter PA or doctor.

Thoughtful, kind, and appeared to apply his medical knowledge to me specifically, and not the greater Essential Tremor community. I appreciated this, given the condition affects all of our activities of daily living differently. Would highly recommend 😊
